I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were more clean during the 2nd week of January on the -4th floor with Superior Himalayan View rooms, offering amazing looks. The service was exceptional; the staff was polite, humble, and cooperative, ensuring a great experience for middle-class guests. The location was very convenient, close to Library Chowk and other attractions. While the dining was excellent overall, there was a small issue with the sambhar quality. Overall, a great value for money experience.
